What We Do

Managing Director | Education & Career Consultant | Project Lead

Omer leads Compass GmbH with a clear vision: to strengthen people through education, guidance and meaningful opportunities. With many years of experience in EU projects, adult education and community work, he ensures that Compass remains innovative, inclusive and impact-oriented. He combines strategic thinking with social commitment and a strong focus on sustainable impact.

Finance Manager | Project Officer

Tanja supports Compass GmbH in the financial, administrative and organisational implementation of projects. With her strong financial expertise and structured working style, she ensures transparent processes, reliable documentation and quality-oriented project implementation. She is an important support for both our internal team and our partners.

Project Manager

Olcay supports Compass GmbH as a Project Manager in international education and inclusion projects. She brings creativity, international experience and a strong commitment to learning, digital skills and social participation to her work. In her role, she coordinates activities, develops training materials and ensures the meaningful participation of target groups.

Project Officer

Emilija supports Compass GmbH as a Project & Research Officer in the coordination, development and implementation of international education and inclusion projects. She brings creativity, international experience and a strong commitment to lifelong learning, digital skills and social participation to her work. In her projects, she coordinates activities, develops practical training materials and supports the meaningful participation of target groups. With her structured working style and solution-oriented approach, she helps turn project ideas into effective concrete results.

Project Officer

Ihsan supports Compass GmbH in outreach, community support and youth-focused activities.
