What We Do

Compass develops practical, user-friendly programmes for people of diverse backgrounds, especially migrants, newcomers and disadvantaged groups.
Through our international projects, we:

Omer leads Compass with a clear mission: empowering people to find their direction through education, guidance and meaningful opportunities. With years of experience in EU projects, adult education and community work, he ensures that Compass stays innovative, inclusive and impact-driven.

Tanja ensures that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. With strong financial management skills and a structured approach, she supports our team and partners in delivering reliable, transparent and high-quality results.

Project Manager

Neuza focuses on youth empowerment, intercultural learning and community engagement. Her work strengthens participation, supports disadvantaged groups and builds bridges across cultures and countries.

Project Manager

Olcay brings creativity, international experience and a strong commitment to learning and digital inclusion. She coordinates activities, develops training tools and ensures meaningful participation in every project she leads.

Project Officer

With his multilingual background and strong intercultural competence, Ihsan plays a key role in outreach, community support and youth-focused initiatives. He brings energy, creativity and a strong sense of connection to our work.
